I have nothing to do because I'm locked out of even getting support for this issue so. You suck at making it easy for people to start using your products! and its been this way for years! Just fix the damn activation user experience for fucks sake. I try to access the portal on other browsers and I get weirder errors and cant even log in. And I click 'Updates and Dowloads' and it takes me to an 'Access Denied' screen! Which I then try to go back and click on the support button and I get another Access Denied screen! WTF. SO I go to reinstall solidworks and get the download file. Which you really shouldn't have to do just to activate a new license. SO I remembered how stupid this was last time I tried to do this and I had to reinstall solidworks to make it work. I entered a new license in my customer portal and went to activate it on my computer and the wizard cant seem to find it. I tried to just reactivate a new license after my previous license expired - and for some reason the activation wizard is absolutely useless.
